BOS is preparing for BUSTA’s first Learning and Exchange trip, in Sofia, within the framework of the BUSTA project

Dear all,

BOS is preparing to fly off to Sofia in Bulgaria for the very first Learning trip within the BUSTA project. The trip is organised and hosted by Community for Democratic Education in Sofia and by Paint and Quarter Horse Foundation Bulgaria. Due to various concerns among BOS student families, only one student will be able to attend. We will however double our efforts to find new BOS members to benefit more students for the upcoming trips. We will also be traveling with Elodie, our therapy dog host family member who is volunteering at BOS alongside her physiotherapy studies. We are so excited to become familiar with PQHF ranch and its fantastic practices, to be introduced to the horses and training modalities through the CDE students who have already done some training there during their BUSTA activities. We are thrilled to finally meet in person the CDE students that we have exchanged video messages with since the start of the project, and have them introduce us to their school. We are also looking forward to meeting the dolphin team members who will arrange an activity within the school to give us a taste of our second Learning exchange trip later this year to Lithuania.
