The project ‘’Youth Going Back to Nature – Engage, Connect, Empower’’ (YGBN) aims to aid young people with fewer opportunities in their mental and physical improvement, personal and professional development by bringing them back to nature through Environmentally Sustainable Outdoor Activities (ESOA).
The objective of YGBN is to enhance practicing ESOA, making them innovative and accessible to the young people across the 6 partnering countries –Bulgaria, Belgium, Lithuania, Italy, Estonia, Croatia.
Environmentally sustainable outdoors activities facilitate inclusion and provide therapy for the youth with disabilities and young people with health problems. Youth at risk can find their place in a welcoming community, gain confidence in their abilities, find inner peace and purpose. Through ESOA young women become aware and appreciate their strengths, embrace their potential.
