SWELL

The SWELL Academy aims to empower over 450 pre-service and in-service teachers to take ownership of their wellbeing and that of their students through competencies in Self- Directed Learning (SDL).

By fostering adaptive and participative learning environments, the project seeks to enhance motivation, engagement, and inclusion.
